We currently ship across India.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on your location.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS so you can follow it at every step.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want every Sanuchi piece to feel right when you wear it.
If something doesn’t, we’ve kept the process simple and transparent.
Return & Exchange window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets the conditions mentioned below.
What can be returned or exchanged?
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The size doesn’t fit
- The product is damaged during shipping
- There is a manufacturing defect
- An item or accessory is missing
Conditions for return or exchange
To be eligible, the product must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- Have original tags and packaging intact
- Be returned in the same condition as delivered
- Be part of the original order
Products showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or alteration will not be eligible.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To place a return or exchange request, use our Exchanges Portal or reach out to us via email with your order ID.
Once approved, our logistics partner will attempt a pickup within 24–48 hours (subject to serviceability in your area).
Exchange timelines
After the returned item reaches our warehouse and clears quality checks:
- Exchanges are processed within 7–10 working days
- If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose:
- A different product, or
- A store credit for future use
REFUNDS
How are refunds processed?
All approved returns are refunded in the form of a store credit (gift card) equivalent to the product value.
This will be shared with you via email once quality checks are completed.
Store credit validity
- Store credits are valid for 6 months
- They can be redeemed on both online and offline purchases
- Store credits are non-refundable
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Can I cancel my order?
- COD orders can be cancelled only if they have not been dispatched
- Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once placed
We encourage reviewing your order carefully before completing payment.
QUALITY ASSURANCE (30-DAY REVIEW)
If you notice issues such as:
- Colour bleeding
- Print cracks
- Finishing defects
Please report them within 30 days of purchase.
If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup and resolve the issue.
Requests after 30 days won’t be eligible for replacement or refund.
